Cube Dev in San Francisco is looking for a Staff DevOps Engineer to lead the technical direction for Cube Cloud and its agentic analytics platform. Ideal candidates will have expertise in AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States.
Qualifications
Deep understanding of major cloud environments, including networking, IAM, and managed services at scale.
Strong expertise with Kubernetes and production clusters in multi-tenant environments.
Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform and GitOps workflows.
Solid background in CI/CD systems and internal developer platforms.
Experience operating multi-tenant SaaS platforms and supporting self-hosted deployments.
Responsibilities
Set the technical direction for the infrastructure that runs Cube Cloud.
Lead improvements to CI/CD, build and release systems.
Collaborate with engineering, security, and core platform teams.
Drive design decisions around PaaS, hybrid, and self-hosted environments.
Lead initiatives across IAM, network security, and compliance.
