Job summary

A10 Networks is seeking a Staff Software Engineer - DevOps to join our team in the SF Bay Area. The role focuses on automation, CI/CD, IaC, and scalable infrastructure for hybrid cloud and on-premise products.

You will design and implement automated provisioning, develop CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with global Engineering, IT, and Support. Strong scripting in Python/Go, plus experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and related tooling, is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, Tooling, Build, and Release.
• Public clouds familiarity (OCI/AWS/Azure/GCP) and on-prem.
• Familiar with Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, OpenShift.
• Scripting with Python, Bash, Go or Groovy.
• Experience with CI/CD automation and release processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global teams to gather requirements and maintain internal DevOps tools.
• Define and develop automated infrastructure provisioning on hybrid clouds and on-prem.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for products.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD workflow.
• Provide technical support to internal engineering customers.
• Participate in design reviews.
• Troubleshoot DevOps and development environments.
• Document procedures for knowledge proliferation.
• Research AI-driven tool development.
