Job summary

Webflow, a remote-first company with teams globally, seeks an experienced DevOps/Infrastructure engineer to own deployment strategy from CI to production and implement progressive delivery using canary, blue/green, and feature flags. You will also build internal tooling to streamline testing and deployment workflows, reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, Developer Productivity.

You should have 7+ years in DevOps/SRE or similar, deep Kubernetes and ArgoCD expertise, and a proven ability to

Qualifications

7+ years in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering.
Deep expertise in Kubernetes, GitOps, ArgoCD, and Argo Rollouts.
Strong track record of improving developer velocity, reliability, and system scalability.
