Job summary

Webflow is hiring a Staff Software Engineer, Developer Productivity to define and drive the end-to-end deployment strategy, shaping systems that enable engineering velocity at scale and a world-class developer experience.

Location: Remote-first (Argentina). Permanent, full-time employee, reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, Developer Productivity, with responsibilities across CI/CD, GitOps (ArgoCD/Argo Rollouts), canary and blue/green releases.

Qualifications

BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
7+ years in DevOps, SRE or Infra Engineering roles.
Business-level fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Define and drive deployment strategy from CI pipelines to production rollout.
Own and evolve GitOps deployment platform (ArgoCD/Argo Rollouts).
Design and implement safe progressive delivery (canary, blue/green, feature flags, automated rollback).
Set technical direction across teams to improve velocity and reliability.
Establish and evangelize CI/CD, release engineering and environment management best practices.
Identify and eliminate bottlenecks to improve cycle time.
Build and evolve internal tooling for testing and deployment workflows.
Ensure high reliability through observability and incident-driven improvements.
Mentor engineers and influence teams through technical leadership.
