Job summary

National Health Care Associates is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator to design, implement, and oversee training programs for our nursing team across long-term care facilities. You will lead orientation, develop curricula, and ensure regulatory compliance to promote high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license.

• Coordinate orientation of all new employees to ensure a successful new-hire start and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements; maintain accurate records of training activities and staff certifications.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in nursing care.
