The Nurse Educator is responsible for orienting and educating nursing staff to ensure safe, effective care aligned with federal, state, and facility guidelines.
Develop and deliver education programs based on staff needs, supervise new nurses during orientation, perform annual competency assessments, evaluate staff performance, and oversee Employee Health programs including immunizations.
Must have a valid RN license, with a minimum of three years of clinical experience; experience in long-term care and gerontology is preferred. Prior experience in adult education and clinical nursing excellence are highly valued.
