Hiring Range: $80,000 - $100,000

Job Duties

In this position, you will be responsible to plan, direct, organize, implement, evaluate, and coordinate a comprehensive Staff Education program in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern such requirements in the facility to meet staff and resident needs
Knowledge and working knowledge of skilled/long-term care, licensed nurse/CNA duties, and PCC/POC use

Skillset to facilitate a staff development program and provide guidance, resource, and training to facility staff

Ability to educate and develop effective nursing teams with excellent planning, organizational, communicative, and interpersonal skills.



Implement CPR certification and compliance

Oversee and direct the facility’s CNA certification program

Minimum Qualifications

Required:

Must hold current State of Virginia RN license
Must have current BLS Certification
BLS Instructor – Willing to obtain within 6 months of hire date
1 year of Nursing experience

Preferred
1- 3 years in geriatric skilled nursing/long-term care experience a plus
