JOB SUMMARY

As a Staff Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for buying, directing, coordinating, conducting, and evaluating all educational programs, including on-the-job training for the Nursing Department. You will also be responsible for maintaining a working relationship with the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Companies and tracking employee health issues.

SALARY

From $85,000.00 per year - commensurate with experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for buying, directing, coordinating, conducting, and evaluating all educational programs, including on-the-job training for the Nursing Department.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Maintains current nursing license in MA.
  • Five years Long Term care experience is preferred.
  • Hold and maintains current CPR certification.
