Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in community/audience engagement, information technology, software development, or related work.
• Delivered technical keynote at a security conference with 1,000+ attendees or equivalent.
• 2+ years in application security, secure code practices, or vulnerability research.
• 4+ years of experience working with Git, GitHub, and software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical content strategy for the Security Lab — blogs, tutorials, trainings, videos, CTFs, talks.
• Lead community events and drive social media campaigns.
• Mentor and sponsor others; influence stakeholders and product teams.
• Engage with security researchers, open source maintainers, and enterprise developers.
