About The Team
The Brand Studio at Stripe creates and maintains high-quality brand design systems, experiences, and campaigns, focusing on detail and excellence to help Stripe accelerate.

What you’ll do
Lead brand design operations and creative production for all internal and external events, collaborating closely with the Experiential Creative Director. This role combines program management, project management, and creative oversight, shifting focus as needed from strategic planning to detailed execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage experiential programs, including roadmap, budget, scope, timelines, and relationships with partner teams.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring smooth collaboration with leadership, creatives, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with the Creative Director to scale event design and optimize processes.
• Source and oversee external agencies, manage documentation, and communicate updates effectively.
• Identify risks and provide solutions, maintaining high design quality and engagement goals.

Who you are
A passionate creative program manager with a strong design sense, experienced in developing scalable systems, influencing outcomes, and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to balance speed and quality.

Minimum Requirements

• 10+ years in similar roles and industries.
• Strong strategic and design expertise, with proven success in complex brand and event design systems.
• Highly organized, persuasive, and passionate about Stripe’s mission.

Working remotely at Stripe
Remote work is supported, with expectations to work from home regularly. Stripe does not cover relocation costs.

Pay and benefits
US salary range: $167,300 - $250,900, with additional benefits including equity, bonuses, 401(k), medical/dental/vision, and wellness stipends.
