Job summary

Contech is seeking a Staff Design Engineer to join our team in a consultative role, providing technical design support for site plans and product implementations. You will review project plans, develop solutions, and prepare calculations to ensure proper integration of Contech’s products into construction sites.

The role emphasizes collaboration with in-house engineers, CAD Technicians, and external engineers, along with ongoing training and participation in industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Structural, hydraulic, or geotechnical background preferred.
• EIT certification preferred.
• 1-2 years civil site project experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and provide design services, developing product solutions.
• Prepare submittal drawings and calculations for site plans integration.
• Provide technical support to Operations/Manufacturing for proper fabrication.
