Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience using analytical methods to drive business outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field.
• Expert communicator who can translate complex concepts for business audiences.
• Experience across analytical domains bringing diverse perspectives to problems.
• Proven track record driving business strategy from analytics.
• Advanced experience with SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Mode, Looker).
• Experience with ETL processes, especially dbt and Snowflake.
• Proven ability to quantify problems and drive decisions.
• Bias for action while assessing tradeoffs and risks.

Responsibilities

• Improve understanding of key domains by building scalable analytics frameworks.
• Root cause data and performance issues to sustain strong outcomes.
• Create and enhance dashboards, visualizations, and automations for scalability.
• Establish causal links via experimentation and related methods.
• Bridge data insights and strategic priorities across the business.
• Champion consistent terminology and robust analytics documentation.
