Job summary

Flex, a NYC-headquartered FinTech, is expanding its analytics function to turn data into decisions. As a data analytics lead, you will build core data models (dbt/Snowflake), analyze bill payment behavior, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to instrument new features.

You will design experiments on pricing and credit terms, create dashboards for Product, Risk and GTM, champion data quality, and guide teammates as the data footprint grows toward a full launch.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and hands-on experience with modern data stack (dbt, Snowflake)
• Experience building dashboards for non-technical stakeholders
• Track record designing and analyzing experiments to inform product decisions
• Comfort partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the core data models powering reporting, experimentation, and ML/credit risk use cases
• Analyze consumer bill payment behavior timing, splitting, delinquency, and credit-building outcomes
• Instrument new features with Product and Engineering to measure adoption and impact
• Design experiments to test pricing, credit terms, and product flows, establishing causal links
• Create dashboards and self-serve tools for Product, Risk, and GTM teams to track metrics
