Job summary

Gradient AI is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to lead complex modelling and analytical projects with broad scope. You will drive cross‑product initiatives, setting technical direction where problems are ambiguous and raising the bar for the data science team.

You will leverage deep learning, transformers, and ML techniques to deliver high-value insights, while mentoring peers and communicating results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional data science experience building predictive models.
• Advanced proficiency with deep learning frameworks and Python data science ecosystem.
• Strong ability to communicate with nontechnical stakeholders and engineers.
• Experience taking models from notebook to production with MLOps practices.
• Familiarity with monitoring models in production and handling drift.

Responsibilities
