Gradient AI is hiring a Principal Data Scientist to lead complex modelling and analytical initiatives at scale. You will set modelling strategy, drive novel work, and raise technical standards across the organization.

You will apply deep learning, NLP, and traditional data science techniques, building hybrid models with strong business impact while guiding teams and stakeholders through results.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required with strong modelling experience.
• Expert ML & deep learning knowledge and Python data stack.
• Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience across MLOps, monitoring, and KPI impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex modelling initiatives and set strategy for the org.
• Prototype, deploy, and realize model value quickly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align roadmaps.
