This role sits within the Digital Growth Engine, focused on trusted data, disciplined experimentation, and scalable technology.

You will develop propensity, churn, lifetime value, and next-best-action models; collaborate with engineering to productionize these models in Databricks; and mentor teammates

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or related discipline.
• 8+ years applying statistical modeling, ML, experimentation, or decision science to business problems.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with Databricks or similar platforms.
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches and measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication skills to explain concepts to technical and executive audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead modeling and decision science for personalized, coordinated engagement across journeys.
• Develop propensity, churn, lifetime value, next-best-action, and other models.
• Combine signals into scalable features and decisioning approaches.
• Partner with experimentation teams to validate interventions and assess impact.
• Design measurement approaches for model lift, calibration, and outcomes.
• Work with engineering to productionize models on Databricks and activation platforms.
• Mentor talent and establish reusable standards for precision engagement modeling.
