Zusammenfassung

Northrop Grumman seeks a Staff Data Engineer (T5) to lead analytics solutions using DE&I data and other sources. You will design pipelines, model data for dashboards, oversee standards, conduct design reviews, and mentor engineers.

You will collaborate with DE&I and portfolio leads to ensure seamless integration of data platforms and analytics layers, and prepare technical content for leadership briefings. A Secret clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience; or Master's with 10+ years; PhD with 8+ years; or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience designing analytics and decision support solutions delivering actionable insights via dashboards, reports, or analytic services.
• Strong background in data integration, analytics pipelines, and applying statistical or ML/AI techniques to real-world decision support problems.
• Experience acting as a technical lead on multi-component analytics solutions, integrating data, software, and visualization.
• Ability to work under consultative direction and select approaches for long-range decision support objectives.
• U.S. Citizenship with an Active DoD Secret clearance and ability to obtain Top Secret and SAP approval.

Aufgaben

• Lead the technical design and implementation of decision support and analytics solutions.
• Design and oversee analytics pipelines and data models for dashboards, reports, and analytics services.
• Establish and promote standards for analytics data modeling, dashboard design, visualization patterns, and performance optimization.
• Conduct and lead technical trade studies and design reviews for new analytics capabilities.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentoring to engineers and developers.
• Collaborate with DE&I Lead Engineer and portfolio leads to ensure integration of data platforms and analytics layers.
• Support briefings to DSP leadership and customers explaining analytic architectures and results.
• Serve as a key technical resource advising teams on DS&A capabilities.
