Job summary
Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS) is seeking a Staff Data Engineer (T5) to serve as the Lead Engineer for the Decision Support & Analytics portfolio in our Roy, UT Innovation Center. This role focuses on the technical design and delivery of decision support systems and analytics products that speed and improve decision making for program and division leadership.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or Master's with 10+ years, or PhD with 8+ years.
- Experience designing analytics and decision support solutions delivering dashboards/reports.
- Strong background in data integration, analytics pipelines, and applying ML/AI techniques.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and implementation of decision support and analytics solutions.
- Design and oversee analytics pipelines and data models for dashboards and reports.
- Establish standards for analytics data modeling, visualization, and performance optimization.
