Job summary

Foley seeks a Staff Product Manager to own Foley's data platform definition and delivery. Translate executive data strategy into precise technical requirements, a prioritized engineering backlog, and reliable outcomes.

Bridge business needs with engineering execution and establish credibility through architecture depth. The role focuses on self-service data access, data contracts, and platform paving paths rather than centralized BI.

Qualifications

• Former data engineer turned PM with deep technical depth in data platforms.
• Ability to own architecture trade-offs and write precise data requirements.
• Comfort with self-service, distributed intelligence models and platform paving paths.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and data teams to define data contracts and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own Foley's data platform definition and the medallion architecture from a product perspective.
• Prioritize the engineering backlog in partnership with Engineering leadership.
• Serve as primary data platform partner for Growth, Sales, CS, Finance, and Operations; enable self-service access.
• Define the metrics layer and ensure conformed definitions across KPIs.
• Own the platform roadmap, API layer, and self-service capabilities; drive adoption.
