Qualifications

• Eight plus years of experience in data/platform engineering or software engineering with production-grade data systems.
• Deep knowledge of data modelling, SQL, transformation frameworks, orchestration and data quality.
• Extensive Python experience with extensible frameworks, reusable abstractions and tooling.
• Experience designing and scaling data platforms, including orchestration, pipelines and large workloads.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical design, architecture, and implementation of the Data Engine ingestion, transformation, and orchestration infra.
• Design extensible data models and configuration-driven abstractions for standardizing heterogeneous client data.
• Build tooling and platform capabilities for independent data integration delivery.
• Design scalable orchestration patterns to support thousands of data pipelines and workloads.
• Improve reliability, observability, and operational efficiency via automated validation and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Operations to align capabilities with product delivery and client needs.
