jobr.pro is seeking a Staff Software Engineer in San Francisco to lead the technical direction for data ingestion and normalization for their incrementality platform. This role involves building systems for ad network APIs and ensuring data quality as well as mentoring engineers.

You will be part of a high-performance team focused on collaboration, flexibility, and high standards, with opportunities for professional growth and development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and a strong background in data platforms.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years building production data platforms at meaningful scale.
• Track record of Staff-level technical leadership.
• Deep expertise in Python and SQL/dbt.

Responsibilities

• Be the tech-lead and architect for data ingestion and normalization platform.
• Drive architectural decisions in GCP / BigQuery / dbt stack.
• Partner with data science to translate modeling needs into pipeline contracts.
