• Own the data platform's architecture and technical direction.
• Build and operate the ingestion layer across streaming and batch data.
• Land data into Snowflake with timely, cost-aware pipelines.
• Own the orchestration platform for data workflows.
• Design real-time streaming features and governance layers.
• Mentor the team and set technical standards.
