Job summary

WeightWatchers is looking for a Senior / Staff Data Engineer to enhance and scale their data ecosystem. You will strengthen their Python and Snowflake infrastructure, ensuring robust analytics capabilities and contributing to automated data workflows.

This position requires experience in data engineering, especially with Snowflake and Python. The ideal candidate will lead projects from inception to production while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective data solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data engineering, with focus on large-scale cloud data warehouses.
• Proven experience with Snowflake performance optimization.
• Deep proficiency in Python, with a focus on modular code.
• Expert-level SQL skills and understanding of data warehousing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support analytics by developing core Looker views and agentic AI infrastructure.
• Design, build, and scale resilient ELT pipelines.
• Partner with teams to ensure data models solve right problems.
• Lead projects from inception to production with data integrity accountability.
