Intuit in Mountain View, CA is seeking a Staff Software Data Engineer for the QuickBooks Capital and Lending team onsite. You will design and deliver enterprise-scale data engineering pipelines and features, with substantial hands-on development and production support through on-call rotations.

You will join the team to build data engineering pipelines for QuickBooks Capital customers, combining hands-on engineering with operational responsibilities to support production systems and post-release

Qualifikationen

7+ years building data engineering pipelines.
Strong Python and Spark coding within large codebases.
Experience across the full SDLC and on-call rotations.

Aufgaben

Review requirements, design technical specs, and implement with test coverage.
Size work for medium to large complexity and manage timelines.
Design and develop data engineering pipelines and features.
Spend ~90% of time designing, coding, testing, and supporting production systems including on-call responsibilities.
Identify and resolve defects across testing, pre-prod, prod, and post-release patches.
Collaborate with product management, other engineering teams, and business units to drive outcomes.
Apply Agile, Scrum, or XP practices in delivery.
