Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data or Software Engineering with expert SQL and Python skills.
• Deep proficiency with dbt and cloud data platforms (Databricks preferred).
• Hands-on experience implementing GenAI systems, LLM agents, or RAG architectures.
• Proven track record building production-grade interactive applications using Streamlit or React and skilled data visualization with BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, Hex).
• Strong CI/CD, testing frameworks, and version control practices; ability to influence across teams.
• Bachelor's or higher in CS/Engineering/Math or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and build trusted data products and data platforms for enterprise insights.
• Define architecture standards and govern data lifecycle including ingestion, transformation, governance, and data quality.
• Develop AI-powered analytics with safe, explainable outputs grounded in certified data.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into scalable data products and dashboards.
• Lead engineering initiatives, promote AI-native design, and maintain operational excellence across domains.
