Job summary

Press Ganey in the United States is seeking a Staff Data Engineer to join the Unified Data Platform team. You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale data infrastructure on Azure and Databricks, building robust pipelines and enabling data-driven decision making across analytics and business teams.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in data engineering, strong SQL and Python, and experience with data governance, security, and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of data engineering experience on cloud-based data platforms (Azure).
• Experience building real-time data pipelines and streaming architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and workflows on Azure Databricks.
• Implement scalable ETL/ELT frameworks and data lake integrations.
• Maintain data quality, governance, and metadata management.
• Collaborate with analytics and business teams to model data.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Support CI/CD for data workflows and publish datasets to Power BI.
