  • Evaluate and benchmark state-of-the-art deep learning architectures (such as LSTM, RNN, CNN, BERT, and large language models) to optimize insurance-specific solutions.

From Idea to Production:

  • Lead end-to-end machine learning projects, overseeing the entire lifecycle from initial research in insurance processes to robust deployment and ongoing performance monitoring.
  • Apply best practices in ML engineering to ensure that solutions are scalable, reproducible, and fully integrated within existing insurance systems.

  • Mentor peers and serve as a champion of data-driven innovation within the company, guiding efforts to integrate advanced analytics across insurance operations.

Ethics, Compliance & Domain-Specific Standards:

  • Ensure all AI solutions adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), and insurance industry standards.
  • Incorporate explainable AI (XAI) methods to maintain transparency and trust in model outcomes, particularly critical in regulatory environments.
