Twenty in New York, NY seeks a Staff Product Manager to lead a pioneering, 0→1 product in a high-stakes defense and cybersecurity context. This role partners with executives and a small engineering squad to define core workflows, trust dynamics, and marketplace interactions.

You will own the vision, user experience, and technical execution for a complex platform, translating operations into clear PRDs, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes while coordinating with leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven track record taking a net-new platform, product, or major functional capability from concept through launch.
• Deep experience executing customer interviews, synthesizing complex behavior, and turning ambiguous requirements into structured software.
• Extensive experience collaborating with engineering to sequence deliverables and navigate technical constraints.
• Prior exposure to two-sided platforms, matching mechanisms, defense/intelligence environments, or security-sensitive systems.

Responsibilities

• Own Product Strategy and Execution from discovery to MVP launch and scale.
• Architect Foundational Workflows for multi-sided marketplace participants.
• Bridge Human and Agentic Systems with intuitive workflows for humans and AI-driven participants.
• Translate needs into PRDs, sprint priorities, backlogs, and acceptance criteria with technical leads.
• Leverage behavioral signals and metrics to refine matching accuracy and velocity.
• Brief senior leadership on roadmaps, trade-offs, and critical dependencies.
