Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Staff Cyber Systems Engineer to monitor, maintain, and provide Tier-2/3 support for a mission-critical network. You will produce documentation and diagrams and collaborate across teams to implement secure, scalable cloud and on-prem systems.

The role requires TS/SCI with poly, Linux/Windows administration, automation (Ansible, Bash, PowerShell, Puppet, Python), and cloud deployment experience.

Qualifications

• Must have designing, deploying, and administering cloud-based solutions.
• Experience automating tasks with scripting and automation tools.
• Proven experience in IT systems design, deployment, and administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite engineering and administrative support for a team of developers and testers.
• Design, build and maintain AWS and hybrid-cloud systems.
• Administer Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot IP networking systems for AWS and hybrid-cloud systems.
• Automate deployment, operation, and maintenance using IaC and configuration management tooling.
