Allen Control Systems is seeking a Staff Level Computer Vision and Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development and optimization of CV/ML systems for our autonomous gun turret. You will focus on real-time drone detection, tracking, and classification, working with electrical engineers to integrate CV into the turret hardware and advance prototypes toward military-grade readiness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in ML-based CV, preferably in robotics.
• Senior-level CV/ML deployment experience.
• Real-time or safety-critical applications experience.
• Embedded systems with CV integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CV/ML for autonomous gun turret.
• Create ML models for real-time drone detection, tracking, classification.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers to integrate CV into hardware.
• Test and validate CV algorithms across environments.
• Contribute to hardening prototype into military-grade system.
