Description

We’re looking for a Content Designer to join the Trust and Safety team to lead work on some of our most sensitive and vital product experiences, including safety, identity, and compliance. • Apply UX content best practices and develop guidelines to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with researchers, product managers, engineers, marketing, legal, and policy teams to create clear messaging that resonates with users and maintains our product voice.
  • Become an expert in your product and user group, gaining a deep understanding of trust and safety issues, engaging with research, and bringing human voices into UI and problem statements.
What We’re Looking For
  • 6+ years of experience in user-focused content design, especially in Trust and Safety, Privacy, or Security.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human-centered design or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A portfolio demonstrating breadth, creativity, and experience in content design, design thinking, and product strategy.
  • Experience using tools such as generative AI for ideation and shaping solutions.
  • Experience leading multiple complex work streams.
  • Strategic thinking in product and design.
  • Ability to mentor and develop content design skills.
  • Passion for building accessible, inclusive, and high-quality products.
