Job summary

Ping Identity is seeking a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to help design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure for our identity platform. You will drive reliability, security, and cost optimization across production services.

Join a collaborative DevOps-driven team that values automation and incident readiness. You will work with Go, Kubernetes, Docker, and GCP to deliver resilient services for enterprise customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in scalable, distributed systems architecture.
• Experience with Cloud Platforms, ideally GCP.
• Experience with Go (Golang).
• Experience with Kubernetes for orchestration and Docker for containerization.
• Experience defining and implementing automated service deployments, including provisions for networking, security, reliability, management, reporting, and configuration management.
• In-depth understanding of best practices for deployment automation.
• Experience using Git in a team environment (pull requests, branching, push, and pulls).
• CS Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver solutions for our cloud hosted production infrastructure.
• Shape deployment pipelines with optimized CI/CD.
• Build and support cloud infrastructure and security technologies.
• Communicate effectively with audiences across the company.
• Participate in planning and identify improvements.
• Perform technology evaluation and selection.
• Participate in on-call rotation for cloud maintenance.
