Job summary

AnswersNow, a remote-first digital health startup delivering virtual autism care, seeks a security architect to design and harden AWS, serverless, data pipelines and EKS with IaC to ensure scalable, compliant platforms.

You will secure APIs, SDLC, run vulnerability management, establish AI governance for LLM features against OWASP Top 10, and build detection, incident response, and disaster recovery plans while communicating risks to executives.

Responsibilities

• Architect and harden AWS, serverless, data, and EKS with IaC.
• Secure APIs, SDLC, and video platform; run vulnerability management.
• Own SOC 2 and HIPAA with Vanta, and manage risk and vendors.
• Establish AI governance and secure LLM features against OWASP LLM Top 10.
• Define security roadmap and communicate risk to executives.
• Build detection, incident response, and disaster recovery plans.
