Job summary

Apple Inc. in Cupertino, CA, seeks Software Engineers to contribute to cloud services infrastructure, enabling iCloud, CloudKit, FaceTime, and PushNotifications. You will join a privacy-focused platform powering Apple’s signature apps with scalable, secure services and world-class engineering teams.

You will design, build, and grow foundational systems, collaborating across Apple to deliver new experiences while maintaining strong privacy guarantees for over a billion users.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience designing, implementing, and operating highly scalable distributed systems.
• Experience with programming languages such as Java, Swift, C/C++, or Go.
• Experience in cloud deployment and observability technologies, such as Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams across Apple to develop features and functionality to enable new experiences in the Apple ecosystem
• Improve the scalability, availability, and performance of our services
• Evolve the design and architecture to support continued growth across multiple dimensions
• Partner with SRE to triage, investigate, and remediate production issues
