Qualifications

10+ years of industry experience with a BS/Masters and 2+ years with a PhD, preferably in CS, or equivalent experience.
Proven track record in developing and operating large-scale technical projects with experienced engineers.
Expertise with public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and IaaS offerings (EC2).
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes, containerization, and orchestration.
Full-cycle developer mentality with ownership and operating high-scale distributed systems.
Excellent communication skills and collaboration across engineering teams.
Strong problem-solving abilities and production debugging skills.
Passion for efficiency, availability, reliability, and overall system quality.
