Job summary

Geoquest USA, Inc. (formerly The Reinforced Earth Company) is a leader in MSE retaining wall systems. The role focuses on direct regional design coordination, ensuring timely engineering analyses, and communicating with owners to align Geoquest products with project documents.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil/Geotechnical Engineering degree, 5–10 years of relevant experience, and a PE license. Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of surveying/plan reading are essential for success in this on-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil/Structural/Geotechnical Engineering from an accredited school.
• 5–10 years of engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
• Strong Math background.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD is a must.
• Knowledge of route surveying and working with construction plans is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct communication and coordination of design projects for a specific region with its Regional Manager.
• Ensure all engineering analysis and design of Geoquest USA products is completed and submitted on schedule.
• Attend weekly engineering meetings to discuss the status of design work for the region with the Engineering Manager.
• Identify design issues between Geoquest USA products and owner documents and coordinate with external parties.
• Provide quality control of all design and drafting work in the region of responsibility.
• Use wall draw program and drafting of wall elevations for bids and final projects.
