Snowflake is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to help build a world-class developer platform for the Snowflake Data Cloud. As part of the Continuous Integration team within Engineering Systems, you will set the technical direction for and deliver the CI service powering Snowflake's repositories and developer ecosystem.

Qualificações

• 8+ years designing and building distributed systems at scale.
• Track record of technical leadership and owning system architecture.
• Deep experience with enterprise-grade CI for cloud-based distributed systems.
• Strong passion for developer productivity as a product.
• Excellent CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, distributed systems.
• Fluency in Java, C++, Python, or Go with cross-language versatility.
• Strategic mindset to translate strategy into executable plans.
• Ability to mentor and influence engineers through code reviews and guidance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for engineering and leadership audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical direction and architecture of Snowflake's CI platform.
• Lead design and implementation of elastic, fault-tolerant CI services across clouds.
• Drive CI platform strategy with product and engineering leadership.
• Set engineering standards through reviews and architectural guidance.

• Mentor and develop engineers across the organization.
• Stay ahead of CI/CD trends and adopt best practices.
