The Staff Security Engineer reports to the Security Engineering Director and acts as the technical lead of the Security Blue Team, building defences that keep systems running while protecting client and customer data.

This role includes identifying high-priority security initiatives, driving cross-functional projects, and mentoring peers to raise the team's capabilities.
