d-Matrix is building the future of AI inference with a memory-centric architecture. You will lead Bazel build-out, migrate the test suite, and design distributed build infrastructure to scale across CI and runners.

You will own the build graph, toolchains, caching, and remote execution, collaborating with development groups and cloud engineers to accelerate delivery. Join a team focused on high-performance, hermetic, reproducible builds and a culture of pragmatic migration.

Formación

• Deep Bazel experience with large repos and custom rules.
• Experience migrating real codebases onto Bazel, including long-tail components.
• Hands-on experience deploying remote caching or remote execution (self-hosted or vendor).
• Experience with hermetic, reproducible builds and custom toolchains.
• Strong knowledge of C++, Rust, Python, Linux, and container image builds.
• Proven ability to debug non-reproducible builds and cache misses.

Responsabilidades

• Complete Bazel migration, including hardest remaining components.
• Migrate the test suite to Bazel with proper tagging and sharding; route hardware tests to capable executors.
• Design, deploy, and operate remote execution in production.
• Build hermetic toolchains and reproducible builds across developer machines, CI, and runners.
• Raise cache hit rate and trust in the cache to avoid unnecessary full builds.
• Establish a build-time baseline within the first quarter and reduce CI/lead times.
• Evolve the CI/CD system to keep pace with agent-assisted development.
• Raise Bazel usage standards by making the correct path the easy one.
