Qualifications

• Experience designing and building core backend services in large-scale distributed systems
• Proven ability to write concurrent production-grade code
• Operational experience with reliability, latency, scale, and multi-region failover
• Ability to document design decisions and deployment/run knowledge
• Familiarity with Elastic Search or Clickhouse is a plus
• Strong collaboration and communication in multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Design and implement core backend service features
• Provide test coverage for unit, integration, and performance
• Document design choices and operational knowledge for deployment
• Produce service level logs and metrics for cloud service setup
• Create alerts, dashboards, and runbooks for production
