Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience architecting high-performance, reliable systems in distributed environments.
• Strong programming skills in modern languages and frameworks (Golang, Node.js, React).
• Experience designing end-to-end systems focusing on scalability, reliability and security.
• Proven practice of SDLC with code reviews, testing and version control.
• Experience with CI/CD and production deployments.

Responsibilities

• Navigate ambiguity to solve complex, novel problems within previously untackled spaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive architectural alignment and shared goals.
• Define team technical direction, establish best practices, and architect long-term roadmaps.
• Build, deploy, and maintain scalable, cost-effective, high-velocity solutions.
• Partner with product/design/infrastructure to enhance scalable applications and services.
• Improve reliability by working with Operations to scale and monitor services.
• Design, develop, test, and debug high-performance code for mission-critical applications.
• Analyze and optimize both frontend and backend codebases for efficiency and performance.
