Job summary

Seeq is a remote-first data analytics software company seeking a Staff+ Software Engineer to shape the technical direction of our platform. You will lead the design and development of complex systems, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers.

You will mentor junior engineers, drive adoption of new technologies, and ensure maintainable, scalable code. Proficiency in JVM languages (Kotlin), Node.js, GraphQL, and databases, plus cloud platforms, is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience designing and evolving complex software systems.
• Expertise in Java, Kotlin, Rust, or C++.
• Backend development for data-intensive applications; experience with Postgres or MySQL.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.
