Qualifications

• 5–12+ years backend engineering experience in fintech or crypto.
• Deep expertise in identity/security, financial systems, or blockchain.
• Strong operational mindset: monitoring, incident response.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate Identity & Access Management services.
• Own financial operations systems and ensure transactional correctness.
• Build and maintain blockchain infrastructure and manage nodes.
• Define reliability and observability standards for core services.
• Lead cross-functional technical projects from design to rollout.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering standards.
