Qualifications

• 8+ years building large-scale backend systems in production.
• Strong Java development with OO design and engineering best practices.
• Experience designing and operating distributed systems at enterprise scale.
• Understanding of performance, concurrency, memory utilization, and optimization.
• Experience building data-intensive platforms and services.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and inter-service communication.
• Production experience on Linux-based environments.
• Ability to influence technical direction across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and scale distributed calculation engines for analytics.
• Build high-performance backends processing large datasets in real-time.
• Architect and implement distributed microservices with focus on performance.
• Address memory management, caching, data distribution, and inter-service communication.
• Drive evolution toward cloud-native architecture and reliability.
• Improve throughput, latency, resource utilization, and observability.
• Collaborate with platform, infrastructure, data, and product teams.
• Lead architectural decisions for large-scale initiatives.
• Improve tooling, CI/CD, and developer productivity across the org.
• Evaluate technologies supporting next-gen platform growth.
