Filevine is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join our Engineering team and build reliable, scalable software. This is a hands-on role writing production C#/.NET code and taking substantial technical work from design through deployment.

You will balance customer needs with performance and maintainability, pair with teammates, review code, and help shape the team's technical direction while collaborating with product leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in C# and .NET and scalable web apps.
• Experience designing complex systems from requirements to production.
• Strong judgment on design, performance, reliability, maintainability.
• Experience with relational databases, caching, and cloud infra (MS SQL, Redis, AWS, Elasticsearch, Node.js, React).
• Mentoring and helping other engineers grow.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Degree in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Write production C#/.NET code for complex features.
• Design and implement scalable solutions.
• Deliver end-to-end work from discovery to rollout.
