Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years delivering enterprise-class applications.
• Scalable code with accessibility, internationalization, and instrumentation.
• Web/mobile cross-browser constraints experience.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and design patterns.
• Proficient in Java and mid-tier languages.
• Experience with test automation: TDD, unit/integration/functional.
• Relational DB design and implementation.
• Interest in CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with microservices and containers (Kubernetes, Mesos).
• DB design (SQL/NoSQL) and analytics.
• Cloud deployment experience.
• Experience building AI models via LLM prompting / AutoML.
• Ability to lead AI integration and coach engineers.
