Job summary

Intuit seeks a senior software engineer to drive AI-enabled, scalable applications across cloud environments. You will lead architecture, design, and implementation, while mentoring teammates and adopting best practices for secure, maintainable software.

You will collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to deliver durable AI-powered solutions, leveraging Kubernetes and modern tech stacks to optimize performance and user experience.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related area or equivalent experience.
• 9+ years of total experience delivering enterprise-class applications.
• Proficiency with JavaScript application design and testing experience.
• Proficiency in mid-tier languages like Java.
• Experience with test automation: TDD, unit/integration/functional testing.
• Experience with Relational Database Design and Implementation.
• Experience developing microservices with container technologies (Kubernetes, Mesos).
• Strong experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and analytics.
• Experience building and deploying apps in cloud environments.
• Proficient in building or integrating AI models (LLM prompting, AutoML).
• Ability to lead AI integration and coach junior engineers.
• Ability to work with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers.

Responsibilities
