Fruition Group US is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to build the core autonomy platform for maritime systems. This hands-on role focuses on production C++ software, distributed services, networking, and system interfaces across air and marine domains.

You will drive architecture decisions and own features from development through field operation. The role requires 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience, with familiarity in robotics, autonomy, and cyber-physical systems.

Formación

• 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with distributed systems, APIs, networking, and software architecture.
• Familiarity with robotics, autonomy, UxV, or other cyber-physical systems.
• Experience developing or debugging software on physical hardware.

Responsabilidades

• Develop production-grade C++ running on autonomous maritime platforms.
• Build distributed services designed for constrained edge environments.
• Contribute to core platform architecture deployed across multiple autonomous fleets.
• Design deterministic control authority and command arbitration between human operators, onboard autonomy, and external systems.
• Debug real-world issues across compute, networking, hardware, and autonomy software.
• Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve software operating in production.
• Leverage modern AI-assisted development tools for prototyping, testing, debugging, and production support.
