Responsibilities

• Stand Up New Programs – Lead technical efforts to establish autonomy on new platforms and develop platform-specific solutions.
• Navigate Ambiguity & Shifting Priorities – Adapt plans as programs evolve while maintaining engineering momentum.
• Develop & Field Autonomy – Lead development and integration of autonomy software across new platforms and mission areas.
• Technical Leadership – Mentor engineers, remove obstacles, and drive delivery of complex capabilities.
• Platform Team Partnerships – Coordinate with platform engineering teams on interfaces and readiness.
• Collaboration Across Teams – Work with autonomy, perception, and customer teams to deliver integrated autonomy.
