Job summary

Wachter is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead security installation projects across Supply Chain facilities. You will coordinate contractors, track milestones, and communicate with clients and field teams to keep projects on time and within scope.

The role requires strong scheduling, vendor management, and proficiency with MS Office. PMP is a plus; degree preferred but not required based on experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in Security, Construction, Technology, Low Voltage, Access Control or CCTV.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-site projects preferred.
• Understanding of security systems including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, or related technologies preferred.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, milestones and contractor performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple security installation projects within our client's Supply Chain facilities.
• Coordinate and oversee contractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within milestones.
• Monitor progress and address schedule risks, delays, and obstacles.
• Serve as primary communication point between Client, contractors, field teams, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates.
• Track deliverables, milestones, action items, and completion dates.
• Review schedules and validate contractor performance against timelines.
• Escalate issues and provide resolution recommendations to client leadership.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
• Support closeout activities and ensure all deliverables are completed.
• Promote professionalism, quality, and customer service throughout execution.

Job description

Promote a high level of professionalism, quality, and customer service throughout project execution.

Adhere to all company, customer, and safety requirements.

3+ years of Project Management experience in Security, Construction, Technology, Low Voltage, Access Control, CCTV, or related industries.

Experience managing large-scale, multi-site projects preferred.

Understanding of security systems including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, or related technologies preferred.

Proven ability to manage schedules, milestones, and contractor performance.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience presenting project updates to executive-level stakeholders.

Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

PMP certification is a plus but not required.

College degree preferred but not required based on applicable experience.
